Driven by a passion for combining delicious food with fantastic wines, we have deliberately chosen our wines from boutique producers who respect the land, their vines and the local communities. These producers do not make wine for the mass market and as such tightly control their yields and what they use on their crop.

We totally support the principles of organic wine production and endeavour to select organic wines whenever possible. Having said that every wine we buy must pass the taste test first! In other words our wines must be good first and if they’re organic, then it’s a bonus!

Life is too short to drink bad wine!
